Hello,

a bit about me:

Self-proclaimed learning and performance geek Beth Wolfe is currently a manager for K-12 learning powerhouse Houghton Mifflin Harcourt within its Product Offering Management department. Continuing her tradition of leading and inspiring teams to achieve the impossible for more than 20 years, Ms. Wolfe’s “business first, people always” leadership has fostered team success such as constructing global image-guided surgery curriculums that allow surgical teams to achieve incredible outcomes for their patients; building performance-support systems that provide just-in-time support for millions of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s teachers and their students; and establishing an offering-development framework and supporting instruments that ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy each time, every time.

Guided by an agile mindset and armed with a Mary Poppins bag of user-centered, performance-based abilities, Ms. Wolfe continues to employ her unique blend of instructional design-meets-operational excellence to lead organizations and their teams in connecting knowing with doing. Whether it’s applying Design Thinking to revolutionize user needs and expectations or tapping into a technological smorgasbord to support project execution and delivery, Ms. Wolfe consistently delivers innovative operational solutions that focus on purpose rather than production—and in doing so continuously innovates to exceed customer expectations and solidify a positive and impactful experience.

Ms. Wolfe currently serves as a judge for the Society for Technical Communication’s annual competition and has previously presented at the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) international conference. She holds a BA in Journalism and an MA in Organizational Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
